Hospice Care

Patients with life-threatening illnesses receive palliative care during the early stages of their illness to relieve pain and other physical symptoms and to assist them in coping with the affects which their illness may have on them and their families’ daily living.

Hospice care is 24 hour specialised end-of-life palliative care provided during the last few months of a terminally ill patient’s life.
